Do you require a deposit for custom cakes?

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit for custom cake orders. The remaining balance must be paid 2 hours before pickup or delivery.

We accept Cash on Hand, PayPal & bank transfers. Full payment must be made before your order is processed.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

You can request changes up to 3 days before your scheduled pickup/delivery. After that, changes may not be possible.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Orders canceled 3 days before the pickup/delivery date may be eligible for a refund (excluding the deposit).
Cancellations within 2 days are non-refundable.
Refunds are only issued in cases where we fail to meet the agreed specifications.
