2. Ordering Process

  • Orders must be placed via our website https://www.lelecake.co.uk/ or through our designated communication channels.

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the order.

  • The final payment must be made 2 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in GBP British pound sterling (£) and may change without prior notice.

  • We accept payments via PayPal & bank transfers.

  • Payments must be completed before the order is processed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders canceled 3 days before the scheduled date may be eligible for a refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

  • Cancellations within 2 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where we fail to meet the agreed specifications.

5. Pickup & Delivery

  • Customers must ensure timely pickup from 15 Evelyn Terrace, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN2 0EP, UK during our operating hours.

  • Delivery is available in Sussex for an additional fee.

  • Once the cake is picked up or delivered, we are no longer responsible for any damage.

6. Product Quality & Liability

  • Due to the handmade nature of our cakes, slight variations in design may occur.

  • Our products may contain allergens such as milk, eggs, nuts, gluten, soy, etc. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.

  • Customers are advised to follow our storage and handling instructions to maintain product quality.

  • All images, designs, and content on our website are the intellectual property of LeleCake.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.
